1. Who we are, and how to reach us

Crammy is operated by Crammy Learning, Inc. (“Crammy”, “we”, “us”). The service is the Crammy website at crammyprep.com and everything served from it.

We answer billing and cancellation email from one small team, not a call centre. If something has gone wrong with a charge, write to us before disputing it with your bank — we would rather fix it directly.

2. Accepting these terms

By using Crammy — browsing courses, creating an account, starting a trial, or paying for a plan — you agree to these terms and to the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of them.

If you do not agree, do not use the service.

3. Who can use Crammy

You must be at least 13 years old to use Crammy. If you are under 18, you may only use it with the permission of a parent or guardian, and only that parent or guardian may enter payment details or agree to a subscription.

You must give accurate information when you create an account, and you are responsible for what happens under it. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it.

4. The free plan

The free plan is free indefinitely and does not require a card. It includes every AP and A-Level course, the interactive textbooks, the live multiplayer game, progress tracking, and a limited daily allowance of AI-powered features.

Free access does not expire when a paid subscription ends. Your decks, streaks and progress stay with you.

We may change what the free plan includes, including daily limits, as the product and its costs change. We will not take away content you have already created.

5. The free trial, and what happens at the end of it

Paid plans begin with a 3-day free trial. Read this section carefully, because the trial converts into a paid subscription by itself.

• You choose a plan and enter card details at the start of the trial. Nothing is charged on day 1.
• The trial runs for 3 days. You have full access to that plan during it.
• On day 4, unless you cancel first, the card is charged the plan price and the subscription begins. No further confirmation is asked for.
• Cancelling at any point during the 3 days costs nothing.
• If your card cannot be charged at the end of the trial, the subscription is cancelled rather than left unpaid, and you return to the free plan.

Trials are one per customer, not one per plan. Eligibility is checked against your payment record and your account email, not your browser, so clearing your browser storage does not earn a second trial. If you have already held a subscription of any tier, the plan starts and is charged immediately instead — the Stripe checkout page shows the amount before you pay.

6. Subscriptions, prices and automatic renewal

Paid plans are subscriptions. They renew automatically, at the same price and cadence, until they are cancelled.

• Cadence. Monthly plans renew every month on the day of the month you first subscribed. Annual plans renew once a year on the anniversary of that date.
• Currency. Every plan is charged in US dollars. The pricing page can show an approximate local amount for convenience; it is an estimate only. Your bank sets the exchange rate and may add a foreign-transaction fee.
• Payment processing. Payments are taken by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. The amount shown on the Stripe checkout page is the amount charged.
• Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries it. If it keeps failing, the subscription is cancelled and you return to the free plan.
• Price changes. If we change the price of a plan you are on, we will email you at least 30 days before it takes effect, and it will only take effect at your next renewal. You can cancel before then.

7. Token packs

Token packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. They add AI credits to your balance and nothing recurs.

• Packs are 100, 500 or 1,500 tokens, priced on the token screen inside the app.
• Tokens do not expire on a date, but they are tied to your Crammy balance. If you use Crammy signed out and clear your browser storage, that balance is lost — create an account so it syncs.
• Tokens have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for money.

8. Ending a subscription

You can cancel at any time, for any reason, without contacting a person: open Crammy, go to your account and choose Manage subscription, which opens Stripe’s billing portal. You can also email dinardogeorge68@gmail.com and we will cancel it for you.

Cancelling stops future charges. You keep the paid features until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, then return to the free plan. What we refund, and when, is set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

We may suspend or end an account that breaks section 9, that we are legally required to close, or whose payments are fraudulent or charged back. Where the breach is not serious we will contact you first.

9. Acceptable use

Crammy is a study tool for individual learners. Do not:

• Share, resell, or rent your account or subscription, or use one subscription to serve a class, cohort, or organisation. Paid plans are for one person. If you need a school or group licence, email us.
• Use Crammy to cheat — submitting Crammy’s output as your own work in a graded assessment, or using it during an exam that forbids outside help, is your responsibility and may breach your institution’s rules. Crammy is built to teach, not to sit your test.
• Scrape, bulk-download, or systematically copy our questions, explanations, textbooks or guides, or use them to train a machine-learning model.
• Upload material you do not have the right to upload, or anything unlawful, hateful, or harassing.
• Attack, probe, overload, or attempt to bypass the paywall, rate limits, or any other security control — including reverse-engineering the client to obtain entitlements you did not pay for.
• Use automated tools to consume AI features beyond ordinary personal study, or resell access to them.

10. AI features — what they are and are not

Crammy’s explanations, tutoring, grading, score forecasts and generated courses are produced by AI models. They can be confidently wrong. Check anything that matters against your syllabus, your textbook, or your instructor.

• Score estimates, percentile bands and pass-probability forecasts are our own approximations. They are not official scores and are not produced or validated by any testing organisation. Nothing on Crammy predicts or guarantees a result on a real exam.
• Nothing on Crammy is medical, legal, financial, or professional advice. The medical and law-school material is exam-preparation content and must never be used to make a clinical or legal decision.
• AI availability depends on third-party providers. Features can be slower, rate-limited, or briefly unavailable.

11. Your content, and your data

Notes, PDFs, images, custom courses and decks you create stay yours. You give us only the permission we need to run the service for you: to store, process and display that material back to you, and to send the relevant part of it to our AI provider when you ask for an AI feature.

Uploaded files are held in your own browser’s local storage. We do not upload, host, or keep copies of them on our servers. If you share material with a study room, it is sent directly between browsers.

If you create an account, we store the account record and a progress blob (streaks, tokens, study history) so it can follow you between devices. Payment details are held by Stripe, not by us. We do not sell personal data.

You can ask us to delete your account and its stored data by emailing dinardogeorge68@gmail.com.

12. Our content

Every practice question, explanation, passage, flashcard, textbook page and illustration on Crammy is original material we created, and it stays ours. Your subscription is a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own study — not an assignment of any rights in it.

13. Availability and changes to the service

We do not promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Crammy is a small operation; there is no uptime guarantee and no service-level agreement.

We add, change and occasionally retire features. If we remove something material from a paid plan you are on, you may cancel and, if you are inside a period you have paid for, ask us for a pro-rated refund of the remainder.

14. Disclaimers and limits on liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Crammy is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind — including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or that using it will improve your grades or exam results.

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim connected to Crammy is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or (b) US$50. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost opportunities, or exam or academic outcomes.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing in these terms affects consumer rights you have under the law of your own country that cannot be waived by agreement.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Crammy Learning, Inc. is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer outside the United States, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law where you live.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of the page always reflects the current version. If a change materially affects what you pay or what you get, we will email subscribers before it takes effect, and it will apply from your next renewal.

Continuing to use Crammy after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
